BASIC INFORMATIONThe miniature is the most popular of the Poodle varieties. Poodles were originally bred to be water retrievers. They are cheerful, highly intelligent, sensitive, lively, playful, proud, elegant, obedient, graceful and very trainable. They make excellent watchdogs. Their small size makes them ideal pets for apartment dwellers, also. Miniature Poodles stand 10 to 15 inches at the shoulders. They can weigh between 8-17 lbs. Some are even a little larger. Miniature Poodles have a long lifespan of around 13-15 years.Poodles don't shed (and don't even know they are dogs). They are hypo-alergenic - which means that most people are not usually allergic to their hair (hair, not fur). All our puppies are vet checked, AKC registerable, and have current shots & health papers and guarantee. Copy of pedigree issued with puppy. All litters are AKC registered but the buyer must register separately as the new owner of each puppy bought. Our puppies sell quickly so we take reservations on a first-come-first-serve basis. Our prices are lower than they should be, considering the championship bloodlines involved here, so now would be a great time to buy a puppy!
We now have three (3) female dogs; the first female (Bridgett) is a cafe au le poodle (now mostly white) and the second female (Brandy) is a red poodle. Brandy has 10 AKC champions in her bloodline. The third female is a chocolate girl named Bella. Bella has 58 champions in her bloodline. We have added Bailey, an appricot male mini poodle, to our family. He has at least 4 champions in his lineage. He has taken over the “daddy-duties”. Most of the puppies we have had, so far, had the "prancing" gait like those of show dogs, probably due to the AKC championship bloodline. Of course, we cannot promise this will always be the case. Our puppies are raised in our home with loving affection. They are all socialized from birth. All animals have regular visits to the veterinarian and all are healthy. Papers are provided showing shots, etc.
